Meet & Greet

 

Before any services are booked we offer a complimentary Meet & Greet in your home.  This not only allows us to get to know you and your pet, but make sure it's the right fit for the safety and comfort of your pets.  We'll learn your pets routine and personality to make sure our visits or stay with them is stress-free and fun.  During this inital visit we'll go over the details of the daily routine (feeding, walking, treats, bedtime) of what your pet is used to.  We'll also get familiar with your home and what care it may require while we are staying for any possible overnights.  For the safety of both your pet and our staff we won't book any services until we meet your beloved pet.  

Keys

 

For repeat clients we require access to any house keys to avoid multiple trips to a clients house before a service. Clients can choose to have us keep a key in a secure lock box for future pet sitting needs, which allows us to service our clients’ needs at a moments notice with minimal inconvenience; or you can give us a copy of your key if you do not have a lock box.  

Weather

 

In the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster, you can trust Suite Life to make their best judgement for the safety of your pet.  While we can walk rain or shine, we won't risk the safety of your pet for situations when it is too hot or storming. We will make all efforts to get the potty break they need without endangering your pet. 

Limits of Liability

 

Suite Life of Riley is fully insured and bonded; however, we are unable to be held liable for any pets who become injured or lost if they are left by the owner in a fenced-in yard.  We must be notified in advance of any pet overnight sitting bookings if you have allowed anyone access to your home (contractor, housekeeper, lawn care, etc).  

Payment & Cancellation Policies

 

We do not require payment at booking, but we do ask that you leave the payment at the time of service.  We accept cash or checks at this time.  Any fees for returned checks will be invoiced back to the client.   

 

We understand that plans change, especially in times of traveling. With that, we are very flexible but we do ask that you give as much notice as possible.  Unless there is an emergency, we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours for a cancellation.  Any bookings canceled less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee.  We don't overbook so we have turned other other clients for those dates.  If you are booking an overnight pet sitting trip we do ask that you keep us posted on any arrival delays, as well as text/call us when you have made it home so we know your pet is safe. 

Client Forms 

 

At the initial meet & greet consultation, we will need all client paperwork filled out.  If you wish to save time, please feel free to complete beforehand or email to us.  We'll keep all records on file for repeat visits and ask that you notify us of any changes.  These forms will assist us in providing your pet with the best care to suit their individual needs as well as allow us to get them care for any emergencies that should arrive.  All clients will be contacted before any vet trips but we ask that a release form be filled out for any life threatening emergencies so your pet can be treated immediately.
